Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Weinstein Health And Wellness LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working closely with our medical staff to deliver high-quality services.

Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner will work under the supervision of our Medical Director to provide medical services to our clients. This includes conducting consultations, evaluating and diagnosing patients, and developing individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's and men's health, anti-aging therapy, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations with clients to assess their health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients, ordering and interpreting lab tests as necessary.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication and therapy recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and test results.
  • Collaborate with our medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
  • Strong background in women's and men's health, anti-aging therapy, and functional medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
