Start your nursing career with a comprehensive 12-month residency program at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a New Graduate RN, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in critical care and work in various locations across Colorado, western Kansas, and Utah.

This innovative program focuses on leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role, preparing you for success in your nursing career. With a variety of pathways available, including ICU, Emergency, Med/Surg, NICU, OR, and Women's Services, you can choose the specialty that suits your passion for nursing.

The salary range for this position is $35.01 - $54.60 per hour, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401K with generous match, daycare FSA, tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness, and more.

To qualify, you must be a recent graduate with an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher, and hold a current state nursing license. The program starts in Spring 2025, but we encourage you to apply if you are interested in joining our team.
