Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
  • Report any changes in the client's condition to the clinical supervisor
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and treatments
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Protect clients' rights and maintain confidentiality
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience as a CNA in a supervised environment within the last 3 years
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with American Heart Association standards
  • Valid CNA licensure in the State of Florida
  • 1-year experience preferred
