About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Lymphedema Therapist to join our team at Banner Physical Therapy in Flagstaff, AZ.

As a member of our therapy department, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require lymphedema treatment and management. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema, providing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress.
Requirements
  • Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification required.
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License.
  • CPR certification.
