Job Description:

The Teller Associate plays a vital role in providing excellent member service at ORNL Federal Credit Union. This individual will be responsible for assisting members with their financial needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a prompt and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Service: Assist members with transactions, answer questions, and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash and negotiable instrument transactions, balance cash and vault, and sell cash to vault as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve member issues and concerns, both in person and over the phone.
  • Branch Promotions: Participate in branch promotions and credit union campaigns to promote products and services.
