Job DescriptionThis role involves welcoming patients into the treatment area and making them feel comfortable, discussing treatment care plans, preparing sterilized equipment, and taking vital signs among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist and strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and dentistry safety guidelines.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience, along with benefits including monthly bonuses, paid time off, paid vacation days, free dental care, flexible scheduling, 401(k) with matching, profit sharing, and uniforms supplied. Key ResponsibilitiesSome key duties include:
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
  • Discuss treatment care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
  • Prep sterilized equipment and set-up and break down treatment room
  • Take vital signs and accurately record medical histories
  • Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories
  • Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
  • Remove plaque and calculus and apply fluoride treatments
  • Teach good oral hygiene techniques
  • Take accurate Intra-oral scans with scanner
  • Take x-rays
  • Assist dentist during exams

RequirementsWe require the following qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current Florida Dental Hygienist licensure
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene preferred
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
