Essential Qualifications:
- Availability to work between 10 – 15 hours weekly
- Proficiency with office equipment
- Customer service experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls
- Managing inventory of office supplies
- Performing copying and scanning tasks for faculty as required
- Welcoming and assisting visitors to the Dean's office
- Supporting the Dean and departmental administrative staff with clerical tasks and deliveries
- Assisting department Chairs and faculty members
- Other responsibilities as assigned
