We are a medical practice serving Southern Oregon and the surrounding communities, specializing in clinical and consultative nephrology. Our team of highly skilled Physicians and Advanced Practice Practitioner staff are dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of renal disease and injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High Standard of Care: Focus on delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a high standard of medical practice.
  • Patient Evaluation: Perform history and physical exams on new and established nephrology patients, and those being seen for follow-up appointments.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Consult with the supervising physician as needed, and provide follow-up and health maintenance care to patients in accordance with established protocols or specific instructions from the supervising physician.
  • Treatment and Testing: Initiate appropriate treatment and testing required for the evaluation of illness, and provide counseling and instruction to patients regarding health-related issues.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document clinical care of the patient according to established guidelines, and communicate with patients and family members within Oregon law confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines concerning health-related questions.
