Experience in fleet management and logistics is advantageous.

Compensation: $26-$28/hr based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple production teams to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the shipping process by tracking and updating the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Handle incoming shipments with precision, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Stage materials accurately and manage them safely for delivery or storage.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring careful handling and proper inventory management.
  • Conduct timely deliveries and pick-ups, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts and tracking.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including restocking supplies as needed.
  • Engage in various special projects as assigned by management.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time according to urgency.
  • Demonstrate the ability to delegate tasks while also taking initiative on assignments.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

4+ years of relevant experience

Experience in a supervisory role

Physical ability to bend, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy items

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail

Quick problem-solving abilities

Previous warehouse experience with a solid understanding of safety regulations

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Outstanding organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

Eligibility Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required.

Employment and education verification will be conducted.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Encon maintains a drug-free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing.

Physical capability to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and operate heavy machinery.

Able to work from heights safely.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Compensation Package: $26-$28/hr plus discretionary quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits (health insurance, 401K matching, discounted gym memberships, etc.).
