The ideal candidate will possess strong critical care skills, including ACLS and NIHSS certifications, along with recent experience using EPIC software. The role requires the ability to independently perform lab draws and initiate IV therapy. Nurses may also float to the neuro ICU and telemetry units as needed, with patient ratios typically ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, and occasionally 1:3 based on patient acuity.
