Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our pharmacies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices, regulations, and technologies to enhance patient care and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and measure medications.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods, with regular breaks and flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
