Cart & Janitorial Associate Job Description

As a valued member of the Walmart team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our store to the moment they leave. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment by gathering carts from the parking lot and operating equipment to move them to the store.
  • Cleaning restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and helpful in all weather conditions.
  • Working collaboratively with the Front End Services team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
