Job Summary:This per diem / prn nursing job is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a hospital setting, providing care to patients in an intermediate care unit. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work with a diverse group of patients, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- A degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- Current State Nursing License.
