About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Innovative Integrative Health. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our members and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Monitor Premises: Conduct regular patrols of our facilities to ensure the safety and security of our members and employees.
  • Deter and Prevent Crime: Use your expertise to deter and prevent unwanted criminal activity, protect property, and enforce rules on our premises.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including sounding alarms and initiating police response when necessary.
  • Complete Reports: Accurately complete reports of incidents, observations, and surveillance activities, and interview witnesses as needed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and employees, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated successful experience as a security officer or relevant position required.
  • Education and Certification: High School Diploma or GED Certification required, Current Guard Card, and medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols, surveillance skills, detail orientation, integrity, and professionalism.
