Job Summary:

CFG Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a correctional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect nursing care to meet the psychological, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
Utilize effective communication skills to demonstrate respect, concern, and courtesy in all interpersonal relationships.
Maintain current professional skills and continue professional growth to enhance the practice of nursing within the program and the image of the organization.

Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state the facility is located.
At least one year of RN experience, with previous correctional healthcare experience preferred.

Functional Demands:

Ability to pass all required health and other screening tests.
May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with on-call duty possible as per site requirement.

Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patients' right to privacy.
Promote a culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification, reporting, documentation, and prevention.
