Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Analyze patient data and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Delegate tasks safely and provide direct and indirect patient care.
  • Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant area, such as Med/Surg, IMC, Critical Care, or ER.
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification required; additional certifications may be required for specific units.
  • Ability to float between units and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
