This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that service excellence standards are consistently met and surpassed throughout your shift.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Cultivating Satisfied Customers:

Engage warmly with every guest.

Address and fulfill customer needs promptly.

2. Upholding Quality Operations:

Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations at each service station.

Communicate and enforce all operational standards and protocols effectively.

Organize tasks throughout the establishment to promote efficient service and profitability.

Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations for all products.

Complete cleaning and operational duties as per the assigned roster.

Implement standard practices for merchandising, stocking, and product rotation.

3. Financial Accountability:

Contribute to the establishment's goals for enhancing sales and profitability.

Manage and account for financial transactions during your shift.

Ensure accurate cash handling and register operations.

Maintain responsibility for operational efficiency, team development, and financial performance.

Ensure appropriate inventory levels of materials, supplies, and merchandise.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Welcome all guests in a friendly and timely manner.

Deliver an exceptional experience for each customer.

Knowledge and Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: One to two years in cash handling, hosting, or serving roles.

Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and hospitality skills (English required).

Problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage guest feedback effectively.

Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
