Job Summary

AIIStar Construction is seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Tech to join our team. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will play a critical role in helping victims of fires, floods, and other disasters restore their homes and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide restoration services for structures damaged by fire, mold, water, sewage, trauma/crime scenes, and weather
  • Perform water extraction, carpet/floor drying and cleaning, mold and mildew remediation, deodorization/decontamination, and demolition and debris removal
  • Pack belongings and move to a secure off-site location
  • Clean and store savable belongings and property
  • Demolish or remove damaged plumbing, framing, drywall, and related materials
Requirements
  • Expertise with hand tools
  • Robust communication and listening skills
  • Physical fitness and stamina for cleanup work
  • Comfort with fieldwork (Including working with materials affected by sewage, mold, blood, or other bodily fluids)
  • Ability to train on site
