- Patient Registration: Update patient demographic and insurance information, register patients, and obtain necessary documentation.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and peers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Scheduling and Workflow: Monitor schedules, manage patient wait times, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Financial Transactions: Collect co-pays, process payments, and verify insurance coverage.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, chart maintenance, and encounter audits.
