Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at South Shore Autism Center LLC. As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of behavior therapists and providing clinical services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of behavior therapists and provide clinical supervision and guidance
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and gather and maintain session schedules
  • Supervise behavior therapists and provide feedback and coaching
  • Monitor data and provide insights to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs and the Clinical Director to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide leadership and training to new behavior therapists and BCBA's
  • Participate in clinical meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
  • BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)
  • One (1) plus years of BCBA experience or newly certified BCBA
  • At least three (3) years of ABA experience or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • At least three (3) years of experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers
  • Access to two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills
  • Two (2) references from a professional or academic supervisor
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to occasionally lift, transport clients or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Must consent to a criminal background investigation
