Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead complex architectural projects from start to finish. As a Senior Project Architect/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including small to medium-sized commercial developments, residential buildings, and mixed-use projects. Your expertise will be essential in creating high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in architecture, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and able to multitask. You will need to have a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.

The estimated salary for this position is $84,672 - $120,960 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
