As a Labor and Delivery Nurse with our company, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to women before, during, and after delivery. Your expertise and skills will be utilized to ensure the medical and emotional needs of patients are met throughout the birthing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and support during labor and delivery
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and medical conditions
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs

Requirements:

  • 2 years of current Labor and Delivery experience
  • Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
  • ACLS (AHA) certification
  • AWHONN BLS (AHA) certification
  • NRP certification
  • State license requirements: Massachusetts

Salary and Benefits:

Our Labor and Delivery Nurses can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including referral bonuses, direct deposit, and comprehensive health insurance.
