Educational qualifications to meet certification, licensing, or registration standards. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire. Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire if practicing in that state. This role necessitates obtaining an NPI number within 30 days of employment. The NPI application is free, though processing may take several weeks.
