We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at World Travels LLC. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our software development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to foster collaboration and productivity.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks and best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration among team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications, including customer and stakeholder interactions.
  • Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlogs and manage new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder project progress.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Guide development teams towards higher Scrum maturity and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Familiarity with software development principles and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including Definition of Done, User Stories, Automated Testing, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Good understanding of other Agile frameworks, such as Crystal and XP.
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
