Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality care as a CNS in post-acute care settings
- Collaborating with medical teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Administering medications and treatments effectively to residents
- Consulting with physicians and staff regarding care options and outcomes
- Educating residents and their families on optimal care practices
- Setting up and monitoring necessary medical equipment
- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility regulations
- Collecting samples for laboratory analysis
- Training and overseeing nursing and support staff
- Maintaining accurate documentation of medical interventions and patient histories
- Assisting with incident investigations as needed
- Valid Ohio state license to practice as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 4 months of experience in post-acute care or hospital settings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
