Job Description

At Associated Hearing Care, we are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Winona and Onalaska. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Hearing Care Professional, you will be responsible for assisting AuD and HID partners with patient care, answering phones, maintaining schedules, checking in orders, and preparing materials needed for daily operations.

In this role, you will also be expected to maintain infection control protocols, assist with proper documentation in patient files, and help with insurance documents, verification, and billing. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining appropriate supply levels in the lab, consult, and procedure rooms.

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include opportunities for professional growth and development.
