Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations, to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
