Job Details- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
- Qualifications: Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Work Schedule: Block scheduling with alternating weeks on and off, covering day shifts (7 am - 7 pm), swing shifts (2 pm - 10 pm), and on-call duties with prior notification.
The average patient census is between 12-15 patients per day, with opportunities for a production bonus for additional patients. Effective communication is essential to ensure seamless transitions between the clinic and hospital settings.
ResponsibilitiesThis role encompasses inpatient services, consultations, and optional involvement in ICU procedures. Critical care patients will be co-managed with intensivists, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
