Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair food processing and packaging machinery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical problems
  • Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with USDA regulations
  • Work with 110/230/460V electrical systems and VFDs
  • Proficient in PLC programming and servo drive systems
  • Fabricate and modify components as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to SQF Food Safety Standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with high-speed machinery and automated systems
  • Previous experience in food production is advantageous
