Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Division Financial Controller to join our team at PulteGroup. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising accounting and administrative service functions for assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise accounting staff to ensure adherence to GAAP, strong internal controls, and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and/or direct the preparation of monthly financial reports, including analyzing budget vs. actual results and reviewing them with management.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and coordinate with homebuilding functional leaders to prepare and review.
  • Coordinate all internal and external audit requests.
  • Facilitate workflow between National Shared Services and Division operations.
Management Responsibilities

As a mentor, coach, and feedback provider, you will ensure appropriate staffing to meet department needs, utilize recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent, delegate work according to employee's abilities and skills, evaluate employee's performance, and plan for compensation actions in accordance with that performance.
