At Hummingbird Pediatric Therapies, we have been serving families for over 25 years, providing tailored therapy services that cater to each child's unique needs. Our center is therapist-owned and offers a variety of pediatric services including Speech, Feeding, Occupational, and Physical Therapy, as well as specialized programs like aquatic therapy and hippotherapy.

Our Unique Offerings

We pride ourselves on our innovative therapeutic preschool, the Hummingbird Children's Academy, which integrates Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy with STEAM-based enrichment. Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to create a stimulating environment for both therapists and children.

Your Role

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse caseload, addressing various diagnoses through evidence-based practices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized therapy sessions focused on sensory integration, fine motor skills, and daily living activities.
  • Collaborating with a team of experienced therapists to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • A valid Illinois occupational therapy license.
  • At least 2 years of pediatric experience, although strong new graduates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
