Job Title: MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Planet Healthcare. As a travel MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring accurate and efficient imaging procedures. This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a shift breakdown of 5 x 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for scans, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Conduct imaging procedures, following established protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current certification as an MRI Technologist
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in MRI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
