We are seeking a Server Ambassador to join our team at Tommy Bahama. As a Server Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and creating a relaxed destination for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrating genuine hospitality.
  • Set the course by delivering exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
  • Build the perfect oasis by practicing proper cash handling, proper operation of the point-of-sale system, and hospitality standards.
  • Support your crew by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.
  • Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently.
  • Routine standing for duration of shift.

Pay Range: State Minimum Wage + Tips
