Job Summary
We are seeking an Assembler to join our team in Princeton, WV. This is a dayshift position with opportunities for overtime, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly and repair.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assembling electric motors and enclosed drive gearboxes
  • Testing, disassembling, inspecting, and painting electric motors and gearboxes
  • Following customer specifications for assembly duties
  • Ensuring quality control and accuracy in work sent to the test panel
  • Completing related paperwork accurately and thoroughly
  • Demonstrating ability to understand and utilize drawings, sketches, and geometric dimensioning, tolerances, and repair manuals

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • Proficiency in multiple craft skills, including pipefitting, welding, machining, rigging, power transmission systems, pumps, shaft alignments, fluid power, and machinery design
  • Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators for precise measurements
  • Knowledge of anti-friction bearing care and handling, installation, adjustment, lubrication, and maintenance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, deal with problems, and present information effectively
