Position Summary:
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role will involve greeting patrons with warmth, guiding them to their tables, and ensuring they are informed about our daily specials. You will oversee the seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and comfort, while also supporting the service staff to enhance the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and providing them with estimated wait times.
  • Accommodating special seating requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an organized host stand with necessary supplies.
  • Providing menus and informing guests of their server's name upon seating.
  • Communicating effectively with servers and support staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Upholding sanitation and safety standards to protect both guests and the establishment.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of menus and dining areas.
  • Assisting with the setup and replenishment of service stations.
  • Contributing to the closing duties of the dining area, ensuring a tidy environment.
  • Participating in ongoing training to enhance job knowledge and skills.

For the Cash Handling Role:
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and processing their food and beverage orders efficiently.
  • Ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of the cash drawer.
  • Itemizing and totaling checks in the register while providing excellent customer service.
  • Handling various payment methods and ensuring compliance with payment procedures.
  • Demonstrating proficiency with Point of Sale systems.
