Job Overview

Amcor is actively seeking skilled individuals to contribute to our production operations.

Available Shifts:

Monday to Friday, 2nd & 3rd shifts (initial training will occur during day shifts)

Compensation:

Press Operators - $23.75/hour

Additional $1.25 for night shift premium

Key Responsibilities of Press Operators:
  • Oversee all operational aspects of Press lines, including changeovers, machine start-up, and shutdown procedures.
  • Support the drive towards excellence in all business operations, with a primary focus on safety.
  • Execute jobs in alignment with customer specifications, manufacturing guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including production reports and quality assurance records.
  • Collaborate with the press assistant and pit crew to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
  • Train and guide the press assistant to ensure proficiency in required tasks.
  • Adhere to all 5S and WCM initiatives to promote workplace organization and efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:
