Position Overview:

As the Senior Deep Learning Architect, you will spearhead our efforts in developing and implementing state-of-the-art deep learning models and algorithms.

You'll lead a team of talented engineers, guiding them in designing and deploying complex deep learning solutions across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of deep learning engineers, setting technical direction, defining best practices, and driving innovation in deep learning technologies.


Solution Architecture:
Design and architect deep learning solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Model Development:

Develop and implement advanced deep learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems, with a focus on computer vision, natural language processing, and autonomous systems.


Data Preparation:
Collect, preprocess, and augment datasets to train deep learning models, ensuring data quality and diversity.

Model Training and Optimization:
Train deep learning models using large-scale datasets, optimizing for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Model Evaluation:
Evaluate the performance of deep learning models using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, iterating and refining models as needed.

Deployment:
Deploy deep learning models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.

Performance Optimization:
Optimize the performance of deep learning models and systems, leveraging techniques such as distributed computing and GPU acceleration.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements.


Research and Innovation:

Stay informed about the latest advancements in deep learning research and technology, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to enhance deep learning solutions.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

7+ years of experience in deep learning engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying deep learning solutions.

Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and expertise in deep learning frameworks and libraries.
Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms, with hands-on experience in model development and evaluation.
Experience with computer vision, natural language processing, or autonomous systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for tackling complex deep learning challenges.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
