Financial Analyst

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and critical thinker to join our Accounting team. As a Staff Accountant, you will contribute to the financial success of our company and have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the month-end close process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconcile and analyze assigned general ledger accounts, resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and analysis of financial and non-financial data.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, including reporting and analysis, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
• Support business functions related to business licenses, vehicle registrations, and property tax filings.
• Assist Senior Accounting Leadership with the fiscal year budgeting process and financial forecasting.
• Provide support for the annual financial audit and tax process.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining automation and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 1+ Years Experience as an Accountant.
• Critical thinker with attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and develop, actively seeking solutions and asking questions.
• Professional, dependable, and warm attitude.
