About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Alumus. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of our patients, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients according to a schedule, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Notify the Environmental Service Director of any potential mechanical problems or needed repairs.
  • Report all accidents/incidents to the Environmental Service Director, no matter how minor they may be.
  • Maintain vehicles in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manner, and properly store them at the end of the shift.
Requirements
  • No degree required.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and demonstrate a safe driving record in accordance with state requirements.
  • Minimum of one (1) year recent customer service experience in a hospitality or healthcare environment required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year professional driving experience strongly preferred.
  • Must currently hold, or be able to obtain within 90-days of hire, CPR certification.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety required.
  • CNA certification through the AZ State Board of Nursing, or experience as a EMT preferred.
