Key Responsibilities
  • Security Risk Management: Develop and implement comprehensive security risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential threats to our cloud-based systems.
  • Security Documentation: Create and maintain thorough and accurate security documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs), Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms), and other relevant artifacts.
  • Security Testing and Auditing: Design and implement security testing and auditing procedures to ensure the security posture of our cloud-based systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, development, and testing staff, to ensure seamless integration of security measures into our cloud-based systems.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical skills and analytic abilities, with experience performing system security analysis and risk management.
  • Cloud Security Experience: Have demonstrated experience with security in the Amazon Web Services environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions with minimal direction.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to senior executives.
