We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Travel Nurse to join our team at OneStaff Medical.

About the Role

As a Critical Care Travel Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Your primary focus will be on monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to any changes or complications that may arise. This requires strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, helping them navigate the healthcare system and make informed decisions about their care.

Requirements
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in critical care or telemetry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and variable schedules
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $95.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location. This equates to a weekly pay of approximately $3,600.00, before taxes and other deductions. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as holiday pay, guaranteed hours, and access to our comprehensive benefits package.
