Advanced Medical Imaging Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Advanced Medical Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI scanners to capture clear and accurate images of patients' internal structures
- Prepare patients for scans by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort throughout the process
- Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to interpret scan results and develop effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, including scan results and any notable findings
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current licensure as an MRI Technologist in the state of Georgia
- 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced medical imaging environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
