Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in our Pain Management Clinic, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing procedures
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Experience working in pain management or a related field
  • Spanish language proficiency
