We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Medicine Physician for a permanent role in Tennessee. This position offers a balanced 7 on/7 off block schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Team StructureThe medical team consists of:
- 7 physicians on daily shifts
- 2 physicians on nightly shifts
- 4 NP/PA daily and 1 NP/PA nightly
The facility features an Open ICU and requires procedural skills. The emergency department physician manages codes, while the hospitalist provides assistance.
TechnologyThe electronic medical record system in use is Paragon.
