Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial evaluations to inform treatment plans
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients
  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy services, monitoring and improving patient outcomes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in electronic medical records, Microsoft Suite, and videoconferencing platforms
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a treatment team setting
  • Maintain a positive and flexible attitude, contributing to our culture of respect and safety
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Submit timely and accurate clinical documentation via our electronic medical record system
Qualifications
  • Drive to provide high-quality behavioral health care and desire to stay at the forefront of treatment
  • Desire to develop or further focus on your niche as a psychotherapist and grow professionally
  • Commitment to working in an environment that deeply values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
  • Current and active Washington license to practice as an independent clinical psychologist/psychotherapist: PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
  • 3+ years of post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy to ethnically and culturally diverse adult and/or child and adolescent populations; experience with providing teletherapy is also beneficial
  • Recent clinical experience providing individual psychotherapy (within the past two years)
  • Training and experience in utilizing one or more current evidence-based modalities of psychotherapy
  • [Psychologists Only] Graduate of an APA-Accredited Doctoral Program OR completion of an APA-Accredited Internship OR completion of an APA-Accredited Postdoctoral Program
  • Experience or strong interest in providing group therapy
