We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Psychiatrist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for adult patients
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatry
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Current DEA license
- Experience in medication management and therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary range: $299,000 - $384,000 per year
- Full-time position with a hybrid model (2-3 days in the office, 1-2 remote)
