Are you a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a challenging opportunity in critical care? Cynet Health is currently seeking a talented individual to fill a 13-week contract position in our telemetry unit.
About the RoleThis full-time position requires the successful candidate to work as an essential member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a critical care RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing effective care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a telemetry unit, with a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, and certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PCCN is highly preferred.
We are committed to offering competitive compensation packages, including a base salary range of $**$120,000 - $150,000 per year**, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the job requirements, industry standards, and location-specific factors.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit setting, assessing patients' medical conditions and developing personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Operate life-sustaining equipment, such as ventilators, defibrillators, and cardiac monitors, to maintain patient stability.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of medical information.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure in the state where the position is located.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a telemetry unit or similar critical care setting.
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PCCN is highly preferred.
