Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Penn Princeton Primary Care Hightstown. The successful candidate will work as part of a 5-provider group to support our internal medicine practice, utilizing the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of New Jersey
  • MSN or DNP degree and certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner, or licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of New Jersey
  • Prior APP experience required
  • Ideal candidate will have outpatient geriatric experience
