Mobile Therapist

As a Mobile Therapist, you will work with our team to create individualized goals and provide therapy services in the comfort of the client's home or community setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
- Providing individual and family therapy based on clinical need, with a focus on restoring and enhancing the client's capacity to find solutions and utilize available resources.
- Crisis intervention and planning to ensure the client's safety and well-being.
- Coordinating outpatient therapy services with other agencies and supports involved with the client and family.
Requirements for this role include:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or other human service field.
- Licensure in the State of Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist, preferred.
- A valid driver's license and proper insurance to provide contracted services.
- Ability to complete and pass clearances, including FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
