About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join our team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Northern Virginia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding our service philosophy and core values by providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems installation, repair, and maintenance. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all plumbing projects are completed on time and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced plumber to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments
• Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
• Perform minor to complex service work on plumbing systems
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Determine condition of plumbing equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
• Evaluate customer requests, provide estimates, and price projects
• Follow established service system processes and procedures
• Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer

Requirements
• Master Plumber's License
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to operate basic hand tools necessary for the craft
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Physically able to perform duties of a plumber
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn with the best
• Team player who can work independently
